With arrival of Asin, many actresses addresses were hurriedly searched and renewed on the record books of many producers and directors in Bollywood. Thus, the name Priyanka Chopra has been hitting the news repeatedly if not for films atleast for her romances with two men. Now, she is adjudged the Best Actress for her role in “Fashion”.
Well! Asin anyway made her presence ensured with the Best Female Debutant for her charming presence in Ghajini.
Hrithik Roahan’s role in Jodha Akbar will make even a child declare him as the most favourable hero and no wonder he bagged the Best Actor award.
Hrithik has to watch the competition from yet another Khan- Imraan Khan who shared his Best Debutant award with Fahran Aktar for their movies “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” and “Fashion” respectively.
Best film had to go to “Jodha Akbar” and hence the Best Director was Ashutosh Gowarikar and the Best Lyricist is Javed Akhtar.
For next few years, if there is no award to A.R.Rahman, the event will not maintain its credibility. So, Best Music Director is none other than A.R.Rahman for his work in “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” and he also becomes the awardee for Best Background Score in “Jodha Akbar”.
Same is the case with Sukhwinder Singh who becomes Best Male Playback Singer for Haule Haule (Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi).
Shreya Ghoshal’s Tero Ore in Singh is Kinng fetched her the Best Female Singer award.
