Recently we heard about an actor chartering a flight to Goa to attend to a family function and return the same day. It was stated to be too much of extravagance when the entire world is reeling under recession.

Under these circumstances, if you hear what Aamir Khan did, you may change your mind about the Bollywood personality’s commitment.

He was to attend the wedding of his close friend and hair stylist of three movies Avan Contractor on Saturday, 21st Feb 09. Aamir was busy in the shooting (is one month of rest over?) in Mumbai and Avan felt that her invitation had just been yet another in a celebrities life.

But to her surprise, Aamir walked-in a few minutes after mid-night and kept his word. Well! What is so great about it? Yes, if you know that he had to work normal schedule of the shoot in Mumbai till late in the evening and then self drive all the way to Panchgani, stay there for just a few hours and drive the entire distance back to Mumbai only to report at the sets the very next day much before anyone arrived, what will be your opinion of this Mr.Perfect?

With Ghajini’s collections still in his wallet, he could have just boarded a helicopter and made a news of that sort, but decided to show his other side.
