Adnan Sami’s wife Sabah, recently filed a case in Bombay high court claiming the custody of the properties supposedly gifted by Adnan to her. The lady from Galadhari family in UAE, has decided to take on Adnan Sami for some unknown personal reasons, but the externally it was given as playing loud music and not treating her properly.
Well! The court has ruled that the case is due to dispute in family and hence declared that the family court is the correct one to handle such disputes including the ones involving the property matters.
So, it is now for Sabah and her lawyer, who is apparently an Ex-Judge, to approach the family court to settle the matter involving a Duplex that was converted into a single accommodation by combining five flats with a total area of 6000 sq ft.
