Samajwadi Party leader, Amar Singh tries to make the most of Sanjay Dutt. Though he was disappointed by Sanjay’s inability to contest the elections, he has been constantly bringing out one news or the other about Sanjay to attract the segment that worships Sanjay’s family.
In this chain of events, the latest is his locating Sanjay’s mother’s birth place. He ultimately traced Nargis’s house to an old building in Indian Mirror Street, Kolkatta. It is in this building, it is stated that Nargis was born to a Muslim mother and a Hindu father in 1929.
Sanjay visited this house amidst slogans Munnabhai Zindabad and spent about 10 minutes in the room alone.
Sanjay said “It is an emotional moment for me. I spent these ten minutes remembering my mother. Thanks to Kolkatta and Amarji who have made this possible”.
