It is the battle of the Anushkas, as two of them are being considered for the same role!!!

The first contender is Anushka Sharma who we all remember due to her debut with Shah Rukh Khan in the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi which has fared quite well at the box office. She is being considered for the female lead in the remake of a Telugu movie, Arundati, which has left Tollywood awestruck.

But, due to assumptions that Anushka is bound by contract under the Yashraj banner, the producers have been in two minds lately. Rumor has it that they are planning to bring in the actress who played the lead in the Telugu version of the film whose name, evidently, is also Anushka!!

With the tremendous success of the film down south, Anushka has been signed opposite Tamil star Vijay, for the movie Vettaikaran.

Though we will see our beloved Sonu Sood in the Hindi remake as well, Arjan Bajwa, who had a romantic role, is unwilling to do the remake as he is upset with the fact that his role was edited a lot in the original Telugu version.

That just adds to the list of bummers for the producers.
