The role played by Reema Sen in Telugu film ‘Chitram’ is said to have played by Sheena Shahabai (daughter of yesteryear actress Sadhana Singh) in ‘Teree Sang’. The movie also stars Satish Kaushik, Rajat Kapoor, Ruslaan Mumtaz, Neena Gupta and Susmitha Mukherjee and is slated for release on August 7th.

‘Chitram’ which created a star in Uday Kiran and Reema Sen as well, dealt with teen pregnancy. Now Kaushik defense his action sighting numerous examples of films dealing with teen pregnancy and that ‘Chitram’ was not alone. He however appears to have denied copying of any scenes and has decided to challenge through his lawyers.

Both of them had gifted each other their attires for the evening. While Sania sported a diamond studded gold-laced pink ghagra choli designed by Shantanu Nikhil which reportedly cost around 20 lakhs, Sohrab was dressed in a white Armani suit, with a diamond broach.

A black BMW announced the arrival of the bride-to-be to this lavish event, which saw Sania and Sohrab cut a specially made 10 kg cake from Bakers Inn to celebrate their engagement. The event was attended by 350 guests most of whom were family friends and VIPs such as badminton star Pullela Gopichand and Union Minister D Purandhareswari.

The event also witnessed the presence of a large number of security guards who were employed in huge numbers to keep out the media and make sure that all went well for Sania on her special day.

The wedding is scheduled to take place sometime next year and until then, Sohrab will pursue an MBA in England and Sania will continue with her game!

It is a story about Sikandar, who lives with his uncle and aunt, who are his foster parents, in Kashmir. It follows a typical lot where a boy’s life revolves around his guardians, football, bullies and of course, Nasreen the new girl in town. All is well is ths normal family when one day, out of the blue, Sikandar picks up a gun from the ground. This gets him involved into the world of militants, power and violence.

Parzan Dastur, the cute and lovable little sardar from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai plays the lead role in this movie alongside Ayesha Kapur of Black, making her comeback as a lead. It also debuts Arunoday Singh. The other stars are R. Madhavan and Sanjay Suri, with the celebrated trio of Shankar Ehsaan-Loy, Sandesh Shandilya and Justin-Uday with the lyrics by Prasoon Joshi, Neelesh Misra and Kumaar.

It acknowledges the participation of the artists who have contributed to cinema in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. This prestigious ceremony will be attended by all the reputed film stars in the south!!!

Hosted jointly by Idea Cellular and Filmfare magazine, it promises to be yet another colorful and dazzling show put up with performances by the stars themselves!!!

A sequence involving her visiting an ashram in India and falling in love with hero Javier Bardem would be shot in India. Javier Bardem was seen recently in No Country For Old Men.

Brad Pitt is the co-producer of Eat, Pray, Love which is scheduled to begin its shooting process in July which will cover different countries like the US, Rome and India.

David Dhavan’s this film is second project with Govinda after Partner which also features Sushmita Sen, Lara Dutta apart from Ranvir Sheroy and Sohail Khan. The lyrics are by Sameer which were tuned aptly by Nadeem-Shravan combine’s music.

BIG Pictures this project with Puja films is expected to hit theaters by 12th June.
