World’s fastest growing billionaire also happened to be the world’s fastest losing billionaire in today’s recession riddled atmosphere. Anil Ambani, with his name on top of the list, is counting the loss in billions each passing day. This situation percolates down the line and hence takes a beating on many of his ongoing projects. One such project is the famous Rs 15 Billion deal between AB Corporation, the home banner of Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Reliance BIG Entertainment.
These two big names inked a deal on June 25th 2008 to make TV Serials and Movies. But, with the dilemma in Anil camp in taking timely financial decisions and compulsion in cutting the budgets, the AB camp is not happy. Sources claim that with another helping hand in the form of Studio 18 in the vicinity, there is a kind of “Let us be friends” situation between Big B and Anil Ambani.
So, Dr.Chandraprakash Dwivedi’s Kunal Avadana, which was to be produced by AB and Anil, will now get shaped by AB and TV18 combine. This being the case, the future of Vashu Bhagnani’s Do Knot disturb and Kal Kisne Dekha and Ravi Chopra’s Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai are also in doldrums.
