Audrey Hepburn was Belgian actress who was active for fifty years starting from second world war. Name an award, she will figure in that. The American Film Institute ranked her in 1999 as the third greatest female star of all time.

Her movies like My fair Lady, Roman Holiday, Breakfast at Tiffany’s are a few among many which are in everyone’s mind afresh.

Well! why all these now. It is because, Deepika Padukone, who claims to be an ardent fan of this actress, recently conveyed her desire to do roles like Audrey Hepburn.

She walked the ramp for Ranna Gill and Rina Dhaka’s collections sponsored by Fiama Di Wills at Wills India Fashion Week, yesterday, the 21st March.

Deepika who shot to fame with SRK’s OSO, could not follow it with CC2C which did not do well at the box office. She is now banking on Saif’s luck with “Love Aaj Kal” and is eagerly waiting for Vijay Lalwani’s “Kartik Calling Kartik”.

She, for one reason, did not go on signing spree and was stated to be very choosy in selecting the script, supported by her parent’s guidance. Thus, she justifies her less presence in the movies after OSO.

However, she conveyed her desire to do the roles that would remember her as all remember Audrey. A good desire indeed.
