Horrotainment is the horror house from Percept Pictures Company

The innovation is mother of competition. After seeing Ram Gopal Varma’s attempts to terrify the audience, the Percept Picture Company has come out with a novel idea.

They have now started a production house and registered its name as Horrotainment.

This production house will exclusively concentrate on HORROR films. Creativity will be at its best here to address different telltales, myths, supernatural beliefs and not to forget the ghost effects and witch crafts.

With abundance of such feelings and practices prevalent among even the educated lot, this attempt of Percept Pictures will no doubt be an innovative attempt. The beliefs on the number 8, 13 and cat crossing, single sneeze and many other concepts are being contemplated as titles for the movies by this production house.

Their first project is “Grrr” under Priyadarshan’s direction. This movie is based on concept where in a dreaded creature confined to a jungle kills everyone who attempts to go to the jungle.

While hundreds of crores are being talked about for different projects by many producers to display their deep pockets, this production house will aim at small budget films only.
