Katrina Kaif, who was crowed as the world’s sexiest woman for the year 2008, for the first time is going to perform a de-glamour role in the critically acclaimed film ‘Rajniti’. This apart, she is also seriously undergoing voice modulation classes for the role she is going to portray.

Katrina was longing to do one such performance oriented role, thus she became so much dedicated towards the film by almost living in the character that she is portraying in ‘Rajniti’. She says that the character is a challenging one that commands huge responsibility. However, Prakash Jha, the filmmaker is guiding her right from choosing her costumes.

Katrina said, “I feel great to work with dedicated persons like Prakash who gets involved in every department of the film. I’m playing a role that has different shades. My shooting in Bhopal involving scenes with around 500 people would take place in another couple of days”.

Katrina, who is putting so many efforts for ‘Rajniti’, could not adjust her dates for Rohit Shetty’s next film with Ajay Devgan and Sanjay Dutt. She claims that she had to opt out of the film only due to tight schedules of ‘Rajniti’.
