Madhu Mantena eyes Arundhati, wants Asin

Mesmerized by the success given by Ghajini and thereby enjoying a renewed life, Madhu Mantena seems to be sentimentally attached to Ghajini, its concept (violence) and its people. Recently released ‘Arundhati’, a Telugu film is generous in scenes with great degree of violence. This has naturally attracted Madhu Mantena whose film Ghajini was flouted to be containing the most violent scene involving the heroine’s death. Now he is leaving no stones unturned to bag the rights of ‘Arundhati’ which is already making headlines in Tollywood. Infact, Shyam Prasad Reddy, the producer of Anushka starrer ‘Arundhati’ conveyed his intensions to remake the movie in Hindi. So, if Madhu shows interest it has to be again a co-producing aspect (i.e) if Shyam Prasad desires. This apart, Madhu also seems to be having serious plans to book Asin though the industry circles are buzz with the news of Aishwarya Rai being considered for the lead role of Arundhati remake.
