How can anyone forget the Manoj Kumar spoof of Om Shanti Om? well…certainly not Manoj!!! But it now looks like Shahrukh and veteran actor Manoj Kumar have finally wound up their cold war that commenced with the release of OSO in 2007.

To give a nod to this buzz, Shahrukh apparently paid a four hour visit to Manoj lately, to record some happy times. Manoj’s mother-in-law, Savita devi, who also happens to be a good friend of SRK’s late mother, was unwell and SRK visited her for a few moments.

Manoj maintained that a war never existed between them and said that SRK’s mistake was cleared by an apology from him. He further added that Shahrukh wanted to meet his 94 year old mother-in-law due to her illness. Citing how his mother-in-law came to know Shahrukh’s mother, Manoj said “my mother-in-law was earlier a congress MP and Shahrukh’s mother was a social worker…apparently, that’s how they met.”

Putting an end to all kinds of media buzz, Manoj Kumar came out openly saying that he had not been meeting the present day’s stars and added that he never met Salman Khan inspite of his father being his close friend and Salman’s presence in the industry for the past 19 years. He did not also spare Aamir, saying that in these many days of Aamir’s presence in the industry, he never met him and just rang him once. He ascertained that with such a practice, a kind of issue linking him and SRK did never have any base. He however felt happy for Shahrukh’s visit and some quality time spent between them.
