Telugu film maker Ramoji Rao who produced a super hit movie ‘Chitram’ has shot out a legal notice to Satish Kaushik. The complaint is that Satish Kaushik has copied the theme as well as scenes from Ramoji Rao’s ‘Chitram’ for his movie ‘Teree Sang’.

The role played by Reema Sen in Telugu film ‘Chitram’ is said to have played by Sheena Shahabai (daughter of yesteryear actress Sadhana Singh) in ‘Teree Sang’. The movie also stars Satish Kaushik, Rajat Kapoor, Ruslaan Mumtaz, Neena Gupta and Susmitha Mukherjee and is slated for release on August 7th.

‘Chitram’ which created a star in Uday Kiran and Reema Sen as well, dealt with teen pregnancy. Now Kaushik defense his action sighting numerous examples of films dealing with teen pregnancy and that ‘Chitram’ was not alone. He however appears to have denied copying of any scenes and has decided to challenge through his lawyers.
