The proud boyfriend Raj Kundra, who spent about Rs.75 Crores to co-own the Rajasthan Royals team in IPL, has gone ahead with yet another investment in Mumbai. It is a sprawling accommodation in Juhu. The London based business man who has fallen for the smiles of Shilpa has spent 24 Crores for a combined ground and first floor flats in Juhu and also had taken Shilpa’s advice to give a contract to Suzanne, her best friend, to remodel the house.
He said recently that they are committed to each other, but not engaged. With this speed in eulogizing his girlfriend and her age not in her favour, the day for tying the knot may not be far away.
Meanwhile, Shilpa says that she spends half of each month in London and the other half in Mumbai. No films? Well! With the remodeling the house finishing by end of the year, the stay in Mumbai might increase.
