So, Shekhar Suman’s outburst after watching Chandni Chowk To China was well known. Having facilitated and thereby enjoyed one round of informal talks and references in the entire circle, now Shekar Suman has come out with another comment. No, not denying what was told, but justifying and at the same time conveying the ignorance on the after effects of public comments.
He now says that his words were never to offend Akshay and if it did he conveys his readiness to say “sorry”. Denying anything personal in his comments, he certified Akshay Kumar as a good soul.
Surprisingly, as a personality involved in many TV shows, Shekhar said that his opinion as an outraged viewer was taken too seriously by the public. He further added that his son Adhyayan was brought up showing the greats like Akshay Kumar as a role model and a self-made superstar who made it from bottom to top with his own ability and determination.
He also vehemently denied and laughs off at the accusation that he used the occasion to promote his son’s project. He said that Adhyayan was enough talented and the outcome of Raaz2 itself would speak for itself. The open minded Shekhar finally said that his comments on Chandni Chowk to China would be the same, even if Adhyayan’s movie was not releasing.
He finally says that he sent a SMS to Akshay apologizing.
