Normally they say “Marriage of convenience”. But in Shilpa’s case it looks like “Live-in” of convenience. What else will one think when they keep hearing one after the other business ventures from this tall lady who re-shot to fame in glamour world after her emotional outburst in Big Brother and in business world after her association with Raj Kundra.
Raj Kundra seems to have rightly selected this celebrity. While we are not aware of his business deals before the IPL episode, we constantly come across his or Shilpa’s new ventures one after the other. A good amount of abilities do get exchanged daily.
Initially it was purchase of a part of IPL’s Rajasthan Royals team, then a promotional process by creating a TV reality show to select the cheer-leaders followed by her adapting three villages and announcing that she would contribute Rs 6000/- to these villages whenever any RR player hits a sixer in the match. This was further strengthened by her interest to make a clipping through a famous composer Ken Ghosh. Not to forget of her range of perfumes and a DVD for Yoga.
Now, she has come out with another announcement that she would launch a chain of Medical spas in Bolywood town that may slowly spread to other locations based on the response level.
Having roped in a prominent panel of doctors, the spas are expected to provide a kind of solution from head to toe without digging deep into the customers’ pockets.
The one difference here is that the partner with Shilpa is not Raj Kundra, but a spa owner Kiran Bawa. In Kanada, Bawa means uncle.. is it Kiran Uncle?
