Shiney Ahuja Rubs Shoulders with Val Kilmer

Though his movies have pretty much flunked at the box office, Shiney Ahuja is all set to act in Hollywood. Apparently his performances have acted like a magnet attracting many Hollywood filmmakers. This has led him to sign his first ever Hollywood film, Silver Cord, playing the lead role beside Val Kilmer. It is a sci-fi love story that is being produced by Mark Canton, Michel Shane and Anthony Romano. Surprisingly, this Bollywood hunk is not an Asian in this movie. His role is all-American, making him the first Indian actor to do so. Soaring with excitement, he revealed that he’s really excited to be a part of a Hollywood film and a team whose films he has always admired. He also expresses his wish to work with Val Kilmer. Quoting on Ahuja, who the director James Ordonez came across wile watching Gangster, he says that he was completely bowled over by him and was very intrigued by his work due to which he felt that Shiney was an essential character for Silver Cord. Also, producer Michel Shane was really impressed by Shiney’s international good looks, a powerful screen presence and his style of keeping characters real, which reminded him of Paul Newman.
