Slumdog Millionnaire children will be an attraction in Oscars

It was earlier reported that the two young children who played a memorable role in Slumdog Millionaire would not make it personally to the Oscars due to their parents’ different desire. Citing their poverty and the medical problems, they requested the producers to not to insist on their children’s presence and instead pay them the expenses they would otherwise incur had they attended.

Now, there is a change in their stand. The children Mohammed Azaruddin and Rubina will now walk the red carpet. They are also giving their parents once in life time opportunity to see the different world.

Fox searchlight, the studio organizing their visit has confirmed that they are organizing the necessary documents for the nine children and many others who are part of the film.
