Raavana is Making Abhishek’s Life Miserable

Mani Ratnam famous for his own style seems to be qualifying for the top post of NIA.

If the recent on field reports of Raavana are to be believed, Mani is in the process of making Abhishek Bachchan a strong character, not just on the screen, but off it too. He appears to have put him on a kind of training that normally commandos have to undergo. The sources claim that the barefoot Abhishek was made to run in the jungles, climb the hillocks and also withstand the severity of the weather or wind by wearing forest clothing.

If this is on the ground, there is much more awaiting him underground, meaning water. So, two days of rigorous training added with two days of shooting in waters made him cool dude or a sick pneumonic is something Abhishek is not privileged to share with us.

God knows what else are on the cards. Abhishek must be expecting such an ordeal based on his past experience from Yuva that was made under Maniratnam’s direction.

Well! It may have the approval of his wife, does his father know all these?

Mani Ratnam’s Special Efforts for Lakshman in Raavana

Maniratnam has a style and is always choosy about his artists. The recent news is on the way he finalised the actor to play the role of Lakshman. He apparently was impressed by the role played by Nikhil Dwivedi in “My Name is Antony Gonsalves” and sources claim that Mani flew down specifically to meet Nikhil to finalise and advise the preparations Nikhil is supposed to do for his role as as Lakshman.

Now, the Raavana has Ram as Vikram, Abhishek Bachchan as Raavana, Govida as Hanuman, Nikhil Dwivedi as Lakshman and Aishwarya Rai as Sita. So, the carefully selected team is in place for this movie which will also have about 500 artists for one song. So, Mani is sure aiming at something different this time as he seems to have broken some traditions for this movie.

Jiah Khan Sends Message To Mani Ratnam

The success of Ghajiini has benefited minimum four personalities – Aamir, Asin, Murugadoss and ultimately Jiah Khan. While enough has been written on the first three much before the release of the film, it is now the turn of Jiah to be on the news everyday. Once it was the comparison with Asin, then the weight of the role, then some shows. And so on. The publicity thus gained has to be exploited is the simple mantra in the industry.. Yes, after all getting noticed is what one desires to further their career and seek what they want. They can now pick and choose.
