One Sanjay Haran suddenly rose from his sleep and filed a complaint that he had registered the title 13 in 2007 and claimed rights over the film’s title, little realizing his lack of homework while standing against Ambani’s BIG Pictures.

As expected, the Mumbai court rejected the claim on the basis of argument placed by BIG that the movie with the name 13B was in all the promotional and marketing events since 23rd January and that the censor board also cleared the same without any remarks.

The actress who dragged her producer Rajashekar of “Satyameva Jayathe” has surfaced in Bollywood pairing R.Madhavan. She is doing a movie titled 13 B under Vikram K Kumar’s direction.

It is a thriller dealing with certain supernatural aspects. The plot is that a middle class family lives in 13th floor and whatever happens in a TV show takes place in that family also. This leads to a kind of supernatural situation and the rest is the story. Poonam Dhillon and Murali Sharma also are playing supporting roles in this movie.

Neetu, who claims to have worked under famous names like Rahul Dholakia, Raj Kanwar, Vipul Shah, Priyadarshan, Madhur Bhandarkar showed her firm grit in fighting the case and dragging both Mrs and Mr Rajashekar to the court.

The incidence that occurred in December 3rd week will qualify for a Bollywood masala if only Ram Gopal Verma lends his sharp ears and rolls his searching eyes on this story.

She claims that her red eyes did not convince the actor couple that she was unwell. Rajashekar being a naturopath prescribed some medicines only to prove that he is better in politics and movies than his original profession. Inspite of deterioration in her health condition, Neetu claims to have co-operated with the Rajashekars much to the surprise of her co-stars who were advising her bed rest. Neetu’s suggestion to use body double also fell in deaf ears.

It was when she decided to go to the hotel, the anger flared up for Rajashekar who apparently barged into Neetu’s hotel room along with his wife and some bodyguards and let lose the vocal and physical abuses, as claimed by Neetu in her complaint.

She adds that Rajashekar beat her from the back and kept on hurling indecent words and threatening to kill her till the shoot was completed.

Like a scene directly form movies, Neetu claims that she along with her staff from Mumbai were scared of Rajashekar, who carried a gun always and hence decided to run away from the spot. So, they ventured out of hotel in darkness at about 2:45 am only to reach the airport and wait for more than five hours before catching the first flight to Mumbai. She said that she never repented for the long stay at airport as that gave them the much needed security from the ghostly Rajashekar.

So, it is now for her lawyer Jamshed Mistry to fight the case and win it for her who has sued the actor couple for mental torture, physical contact (abuse) and threatening to kill which all harmed her work and living. Her complaint to Human Rights Commission is also expected to have serious impact to Rajashekar who is trying to get a foothold in politics as his film career is fading slowly and his wife career had its natural death after their marriage.

She has now filed a case and sent an email complaint to the AP Police commissioner. She claims that she was in Hyderabad during third week of Dec 08 for shooting of the film. In between she fell ill and hence wanted to take rest in the hotel room. As she reached the hotel, she complains that, Rajasekhar along with 10 men barged into her room and threatened her assistant and forced her to do the balance shots for the day. This infuriated her and hence she left for Mumbai immediately refusing to do any acting further. Jeevitha on the other hand has the different story to offer. She affirmed that she wanted Neetu Sharma to do the balance shots. But at the same time refuses Neetu’s claim of ill health and was doubly confident that the claim was bogus. So, now the court would have to find out what is true. Satyameva Jayathe………..
