Vivek Oberoi’s fortunes turn for better

We just heard about Vivek Oberoi being signed by RGV for his film, Rakta Charitra. This beginning seems to have given Vivek the much needed break.

Now, his name figures in a film produced by Kumar Taurani.

This film titled Prince is stated to be a big budget one and Kookie Gulati directs the same.

South Africa has been the destination for the entire film shooting and the movie has enough ladies to charm the hero. Seems the director has taken special efforts to introduce three new female faces.

Recently we wrote about Ram Gopal Varma’s attempt to bring to the public the life history of a dreaded personality of Andhra Pradesh, Paritala Ravi. It is a movie RGV has devised and is giving his soul to make this walk on right path. Most of his days now are spent in and around Anantapur interviewing and researching Paritala Ravi’s family as well as that of his opponent Suri.

While the cast of this movie is still a mystery, RGV was quick to announce signing of Vivek Oberoi to play the lead role.

This movie titled Rakta Charitra is being made simultaneously in two languages, Hindi and Telugu. This movie will have more of politics as well as crime. The big shots like present and former CMs of Andhra Pradesh are likely to be portrayed in their own style and not to forget the charismatic leader, late NTR.

Vivek Oberoi is in the news for just a different reason. This actor, who was once close with Aiswarya Rai, was not in anymore controversy after that episode.

Well! This handsome hero was begging the director Kookie Gulati to delay the shooting of “Prince” by half a day. The reason was something funny, but in deep thoughts carries a lot of meaning. Yes, he wanted to go to the school, Besant Montessori School in Juhu, where he studied from.

A chance came through his cousin’s son Aditya who was participating in his first ever sports day and Vivek seem to have promised is attendance to that little child. So, he was there promptly permitted by Gulati only to see the sad face of the kid who lost the race.

Aditya finally felt that it was good to lose as his uncle flooded him with enough toys and all the favourite food on the earth to pacify him.

Vivek was all smiles when asked about his family coming in between him and his work. He added that the family being a kind of anchor for him giving the kind of balance and peace. He wanted his nephew Aditya to grow in front of him and that he would do anything to keep the boy happy.
