The Dadasaheb Phalke Award winner, eminent director and producer of Bollywood movies and TV serials passed away on 5th November 2008 in Mumbai. A mourning ceremony was conducted in his house and obviously the who’s who of Bollywood was present paying respects to the legend’s portrait and offering condolences to the family members.

Among the various visitors, the notable one was Mallika Sherawat, the atom Bomb of Bollywood, not for her presence, but for the conduct.
It was natural for the visitors to bow to the Portrait and meet the son Ravi Chopra and other family members, offer condolences and then leave them to facilitate others’ offering condolences.

But, our lady could not just do that. She rather chose to stop at Ravi Chopra and spend a few precious moments offering condolences much to the embarrassment of others and Ravi Chopra himself.

This incidence has not been welcomed by others and thus made news in gossip circles. There must be some valid reason for this damsel’s deliberate attempt to steal a few moments of the media as well as that of Ravi Chopra who is not only the son of B.R.Chopra, but also a nephew of Producer-Director Yash Chopra and Cousin of Uday and Aditya Chopras.
