Yeh Ghar Ki Baat Nahi Hai says Neha Joshi, Files Case Against SRK

All the fans of the 1984 comedy Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi [ this is the life ] can look forward for Ghar Ki Baat [ talk of the house ] which is said to be the same show…under a different name! Well…atleast that’s what Neha Joshi, daughter of Sharad Joshi, the scriptwriter of the show claims. What not! She has filed a petition against Shahrukh Khan’s Red Chillies Pvt. Ltd, NDTV and the Oberoi, according to which, the show, which is to start from Friday, was copied without prior permission. They have filed the case under the copyright act. The court solicited the reply from Red Chillies by Feb 14.
